A team of Gaby Hardwicke staff took part in a Pancake Day fundraiser on Shrove Tuesday in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
Our team – which comprised Lisa Marchant, Aurélie Fischer, Claire Gosling-Davis and Robyn Edwards – was one of 26 teams displaying their running and pancake-tossing skills in a relay at Eastbourne’s Terminus Road Precinct. Each team member had to toss their team’s pancake four times at the start and four times at the halfway point, before passing the pan to a teammate. The GH team raised £440 for St Wilfrid’s.
