Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

One of our key areas of work is the preparation, registration and/or implementation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, so that our clients’ financial, property, healthcare and welfare matters are handled efficiently.

Where a Power of Attorney isn't possible our specialist team may apply to the Court of Protection and, where necessary, act as a Deputy to manage a client’s affairs.

What really sets our elderly clients' care team apart, however, is that we go one step further with regular visits to our clients' homes or nursing homes to check on their welfare. We also handle tax administration, financial administration, matters relating to nursing home fees, investments and general administration (managing bills, household issues, etc).
