Within that structure, however, are lawyers providing an holistic GP service to clients who prefer a traditional “family solicitor” approach.

Our Property Department is structured to deal with all types of residential conveyancing, from the first-time flat purchase to the sale of a substantial rural estate. The firm’s commitment to technology has enabled us to streamline our conveyancing service. We understand the importance of being proactive in the conveyancing process and we will do everything we possibly can to complete your transaction as quickly as possible.

The firm’s Litigation Department undertakes family law, personal injury claims and probate disputes and within each of these disciplines we have a wealth of experience enabling our lawyers to represent you with skill, determination and sensitivity. In all litigation cases the firm is committed to alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration, as well as informal negotiation, to achieve a successful and economic outcome for our clients.
