Gaby Hardwicke act in acquisition of System Hygienics

Gaby Hardwicke has acted on the sale of System Hygienics, a market-leading provider of ventilation, air quality and fire safety compliance services.

The East Sussex-based company now joins Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) a multi-service partner, headquartered in West Yorkshire.

Established in 1993, System Hygienics has grown into a trusted name in the ventilation and air quality sector, working across industries such as construction, facilities management, healthcare, education, hospitality and transport. The business has built its reputation on long standing client relationships and a strong portfolio of recurring maintenance contracts.

The transaction was led by corporate finance partner, Mark Williams, acting on behalf of the shareholders of System Hygienics Holdings Limited, with support from Paralegal Sophie Miller, Hannah Bambury in the Commercial Property Team and Hermione Porter in the Employment Team.
