Mark Williams led the Gaby Hardwicke Corporate Team in the successful completion of a significant investment into CK Facilities Management Ltd (a leading UK cleaning and facilities management company) by the prominent Spanish group, Clece Care Services. The transaction involved a complex restructuring of the corporate group, with Chris Moye overseeing the property aspects. The team’s expertise ensured a smooth and strategic deal, showcasing their ability to handle large-scale, multifaceted transactions in the healthcare and facilities management sectors.
