
We are delighted to announce a series of well-earned promotions and welcome new starters, strengthening our teams across the firm.
Promotions
- Christopher Moye has been promoted to Partner. Since joining the firm in 2017, Chris has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a collaborative approach. His promotion reflects his contribution to the firm and strengthens our commercial property team, which is now led by three partners.
- Elena Thompson has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Eastbourne private client team. Since joining the firm in 2023, Elena has made a strong impact through her technical expertise, client-focused approach, and commitment to the team.
- Hermione Porter becomes an Associate Solicitor in our employment team. Hermione has developed an excellent reputation within the team and continues to build on her broad experience across employment matters.
- Lisa Treadgold progresses to Senior Private Client Executive. This promotion recognises her extensive experience, dedication to her clients, and the important role she plays within the team.
- Philippa Knight transitions from Legal Secretary to Graduate Paralegal, joining our Residential Property department to begin her qualifying work experience as she progresses towards qualification as a solicitor.
- Lucianna Parker is also now a Graduate Paralegal. She has gained valuable experience across the firm and continues to develop her skills within the property team.

New Starters
We are also pleased to welcome new talent to the firm:
- Leanne Levitt joins our residential property team in Eastbourne. She will complete the final nine months of her training contract with us as she continues her journey to qualification. She brings valuable experience from her time working as a paralegal at another local law firm, where she gained exposure to private client as well as residential and commercial property matters. She is already proving to be a positive addition to the team as she continues to develop her expertise.
- Lewis Banks, a solicitor, has also joined our residential property department, further strengthening our offering to clients. Lewis brings experience in managing a busy caseload and is known for his proactive and efficient approach, helping transactions progress smoothly.
