With Valentine’s Day upon us, many may be thinking of sending notes to their loved ones, either openly or without having revealed their identities. Sealing something with a loving kiss seems terribly romantic but, let’s face it, it’s not as reliable as executing a formal Cohabitation Agreement or Pre-Nuptial Agreement as a deed. The romantic gesture may sweep you off your feet, but in years to come, when the kiss has been forgotten and the love has faded, it’s a formal agreement that might help a separating couple sort out their problems with the minimum of stress and expense.
