Christopher Moye
Senior Associate Solicitor, Commercial Property
Christopher holds an honours degree in Law from the University of Bournemouth and after completing his degree he undertook the Legal Practice Course at the University of Cardiff. He completed his legal training at an East Sussex law firm and joined Gaby Hardwicke shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in the spring of 2017. He has specialised in Commercial and Residential Property since then.
As part of Gaby Hardwicke’s Commercial Property department, Chris works on all types of commercial property transactions, whether acting for landlords or tenants, in dealing with general asset management (including the grant/sale/surrender of leases, applications for consent etc.), or acting on the acquisition and disposal of freehold & leasehold commercial property, together with any associated property finance aspects.
In his spare time Chris plays rugby and cricket, and enjoys boxing training for fitness.
