Martin Davitt
Associate Solicitor, Commercial Property
Martin graduated in English Literature from the University of Leicester in 2006. After completing his degree, he undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law after which, he completed the Legal Practice Course.
Prior to joining the firm, Martin gained experience at local legal firms before embarking on his training contract at a firm in London.
As part of Gaby Hardwicke’s Commercial Property department, Martin deals with all types of commercial property transactions, whether acting for landlords or tenants, in dealing with general asset management (including the grant/sale/surrender of leases, applications for consent etc.), or acting on the acquisition and disposal of freehold & leasehold commercial property, together with any associated property finance aspects.
Martin prides himself on his proactive, forward-thinking approach to matters, with the aim to progress matters in a timely and cost-effective manner for clients.
Outside work, Martin spends his time running around after his three young children.
