Conveyancing Executive, Residential Property
Martina joined Gaby Hardwicke in 2026 having previously worked at a local law firm in their residential property department.
Martina has a strong academic background, having completed an LLM at the University of Brighton in 2020, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at Canterbury University in 2014, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Nottingham in 2012. This diverse educational experience underpins her analytical, organised, and client-focused approach to her work.
Based in our Eastbourne office, Martina undertakes freehold and leasehold sales as well as purchases and remortgages. She is currently training to become a qualified Licensed Conveyancer with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
Martina is a proactive and reliable conveyancing executive who remains calm under pressure. She approaches her work with a positive, solutions-focused mindset, helping to ensure matters progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Martina enjoys making memories with family and friends. She loves exploring new countries, discovering and cooking recipes from different cultures, and spending time outdoors through running and long walks. Martina also enjoys unwinding by immersing herself in a good psychological thriller, podcasts, and crime documentaries.
