Joel Ballam
Associate Solicitor, Rural Property
Joel joined Gaby Hardwicke in 2019 having graduated in Law, with honours, at Nottingham Trent University. He completed the Legal Practice Course while working for the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.
Joel previously worked in financial services for a pensions company where he gained experience managing a portfolio of clients investing in property and working on the sale of a very high profile property development.
Joel and his team deal with:
- High end rural residential conveyancing
- Bespoke property work such as utility service easements
- Buying, selling, and re-financing working farms
- Other rural property matters including wayleave, telephone masts, planning agreements and diversification arrangements
- Overage
- Development work
- Commercial leases
Joel prides himself on his strong work ethic, diligence and enthusiasm.
Outside work Joel enjoys keeping fit, football, and socialising with family and friends.
